Parameters:

context - simulation context

N - effectif de la population

pop - la population pour lequel on souhaite le coffecient d'emigration

group - le group pour lequel on souhaite le coffecient d'emigration

departureZone - la zone de depart

Returns:

la proportion d'individu a emigrer de la zone de depart pour le groupe passé en argument
