Card	Base class for cards to display in the companion application.
Image	Contains information about an image that is going to be displayed on a card.
LinkAccountCard	A card that lets the user link their Alexa account with an account for your service.
OutputSpeech	Base class for output speech to be rendered to the user.
PlainTextOutputSpeech	Speech represented by plain text.
Reprompt	Defines how the skill reprompts when a user does not reply to a request or when a user replies with something that was not understood.
SimpleCard	A basic card that includes a title and a simple string as the content.
