path - file path for import/export file, if null a dialog will ask for it

importMode - true = import mode false = export

importExportMethod - Inport/export to process

Returns:

the targeted file path

Parameters:

filePath - path to file

charset - charset to use

data - data to write on file

loadFile

Open csv file and get his data on a string.

file contents
